I am a local investor and have been working with Susan for about 11 years, she is bright, articulate, and a warrior on getting her listings SOLD....What I like about her is that the common buyer cannot buy a "fixer" that is cost prohibitive for their budget. Susan has made explained to the seller the dire straights deferred maintenance on their property and it is a hard sell to the public, yet she does prevail for her seller and brings them to the closing table, and puts money in their pocket. She knows when she uses a hard core investor like myself that we will bring beauty back to the neighborhood eyesore, as the finished product is something to be proud of.
